Scalby School has established a strong reputation for academic achievement.

However, Scalby School is not just a successful academic institution. It is also a community which offers a range of exciting experiences to its youngsters; social, sporting and cultural. As Ofsted said when the school was last inspected, the school “Provides extremely well for students’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural development. The school monitors carefully the progress of all students and seeks to remove all barriers to their learning and participation”, and, “Achievement is good and improving because the quality of teaching and students’ behaviour and their learning, are all good and improving.”
